Sales Executive - Luxury Holiday Homes - A No.1 UK Holiday Brand Exmouth, Devon Rising to £20,000 Base (£55,000 OTE YR1 Uncapped) Career Progression to Sales Manager We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales Executive with an enormous personality to sell Luxury Holiday Homes at Devon Cliffs Sandy Bay Resort - the very best park resort in the UK Who we’re looking for? We help couples and families find and buy the best seaside holiday homes for them. To do this we need more, warm, chatty people who find it easy to empathise with others. We're looking for a great Sales Executive who'll take pleasure in having guided and supported a family through the purchase of their ideal holiday home. A good applicant will be someone who has a flair for building friendly relationships and is able to make recommendations based on understanding the requirements of potential customers. As you'll be taking guests around a large park, you'll need a valid driver's licence. What does this role involve? Our full time roles are 6 days a week and will involve working weekends and Bank Holidays. You'll need to be able to develop a rapport with customers. You'll be turning customer's enquiries into visits to our holiday park. We'll need you to give presentations of holiday homes and the park. You'll help Sales Managers develop ideas to market the lifestyle of a holiday home owner What's in it for you? Our starting full time basic pay rate is £16,000 a year rising to £20,000 after your 3 month probation. We offer an uncapped commission structure which we envisage will reach up to £55,000 in year 1.
