An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established team at The Artichoke inn As Sous chef/Junior Sous Chef. The role is open for an individual who has a passion for great food. At the Artichoke we pride ourselves on fantastic quality food for Great Value. Our Pub classics complement our French classical a la carte menu along with our Asian twists.
The Artichoke is going through an exciting transition and we would like you to join us in our future.

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years High Level Catering experience
Applicant must be able to commute
Flexible hours

The Job Role:

30 Hours minimum contract
Assist the Head Chef in Maintaining a 5 star Health and hygiene rating
Assist with Menu writing and Dish Creation
To Oversee Kp's and ensure that work is carried out correctly.
To assist head chef in sending out high quality finely presented food.
to cover head chefs days off and holidays
