THE ROLE

After completion of a four week training academy you will be working within a vibrant, exciting and competitive environment as a Sales Executive, where you will be making outbound calls to potential clients to offer EMCAS's claims management service. This is a targeted role where you will work towards weekly and monthly objectives to earn commission.

THE SALARY & HOURS

Monday to Thursday 11.00am to 8.00pm; Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm (Early Finish) NO WEEKENDS

Trainee Starting Basic Salary: GBP15,210 per annum + Uncapped Commission (upto 25's GBP14,298) Increasing to: GBP15,759.32 per annum for all after probation period c.4 months + Uncapped Commission

Experienced Sales Executives: GBP15,759.32

Sales Progression Scheme Basic Salary Reviews: Month 7: GBP17,000 Month 8: GBP18,000 Month 12: GBP20,000

Commission: Uncapped Commission paid monthly with realistic opportunity of GBP30,000 OTE
