Have you got expereince of Rosette dining and passionate about working with fresh local ingredients? Are you a Demi Chef De Partie to Chef De Partie? We may have the very job for you. We are working with one of our esteemed clients based on the Devon border. Our client runs a small country hotel featuring a stunning 2 AA Rosette restaurant. The kitchen is headed by one of only 80 established master chefs in the uk. The restaurant has held it's 2 AA Rosettes for the last 20years and is now looking to recruit a talented and passionate Chef De Partie. Within this establishment the successful candidate will be able to turn their hand to any section including; larder, pastry and sauce. You will have over 2 years working within 2 Rosette establishments and want to push yourself to become the best you can be. With the support from the Sous and Heah chef you will in time be looking to head your own section or move through the ranks. You must be experienced in fine dining and have the ability to demonstrate this. As a CDP you will be: * Passionate about working with fresh ingredients chosen for their seasonality * Driven to unlocking your potential and thrive in a professional kitchen environment * Flexible to move throughout sections within the kitchen and deal well with working under pressure. * experienced in delivering fine dining cusine and have expereince of Rosette standard and higher In return you will recieve a competitive salry of between £19k - £21k per annum with upto £1,500 in tips added on to your monthly wages. You will also be able to take advantage of the great staff accommodation at only £30 per week, including all bills and your whites laundered.
