Established 17 years ago, Pangaea TV is an award-winning TV commercial and video production company based in Exeter, Devon. We work on a wide variety of TV and cinema commercials, corporate films, crowdfunding videos as well as digital and animated videos for clients across the UK. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and the diversity of projects we take on, catering to every budget and timeframe.
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join us on our exciting journey as we focus on accelerating our growth and developing new business.

What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Manager, you will act as the focal point for new business growth and, primarily, new sales.
Joining our passionate, close-knit team of experts, you will seek out new revenue opportunities and secure meetings with potential new clients.
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Undertaking the full sales cycles, including a range of marketing activities to promote our company
- Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with all members of the Pangaea TV team
- Overseeing and managing new business development activity and projects
- Defining and implementing a marketing plan
- Representing our company at industry specific events and exhibitions
What do you need?
To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
- Customer-facing sales experience
- An excellent telephone manner
- A self-starting, team player mentality
- Flexibility and passion
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid)
Ideal candidates will have experience within the TV Production or Advertising industries, however, this is by no means essential.
