Bray Leino, part of the Mission Marketing Group, is a UK top 20 integrated communications group with energetic businesses spanning advertising, digital, 3D spaces, media, direct response and training. More than 350 people work for us across sites in Devon, Bristol and Cheshire, serving a wide range of national and international clients. The HR Team are based across several sites and are currently a team of 8. In addition to supporting Bray Leino Group, the team also provides HR services to a number of other Mission Marketing Group companies across the UK. Due to growth and a number of new projects such as the implementation of a new HR System, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to head up a new team responsible for providing HR Advice, HR Administration and best practice policies and processes. What will I be doing…. We are looking for an exceptional HR professional with broad experience to take on a new, challenging and exciting role and to build a new team that will be central to the whole HR team. Reporting in to the Head of HR, and joining a hardworking, professional and close knit team, you will lead a small team that will deliver all operational HR activity to ensure a proactive, efficient and effective service to several businesses. Working closely with HR colleagues, you’ll help to shape, support and drive the delivery of forward-thinking HR initiatives aligned with business priorities. Key responsibilities will include : Manage and lead a small central HR Hub Team, providing ongoing coaching, support and development Provide expert advice to staff and managers on a full range of HR issues including welfare, family friendly, performance, grievance and disciplinary, liaising with HRBPs as appropriate Design, develop and constantly evolve a full range of HR policies and processes across the entire employee lifecycle Lead the management and maintenance of the HR System and provide advice guidance and support to managers and staff on understanding the capability of the HR system and self service Contribute to HR skills updates and new policy updates/launches to businesses Utilise the HR System to provide reports/data that support effective decision making, working closely with HRBPs to raise trends / key themes of concern Work closely with our payroll colleagues to ensure a smooth payroll process, including employee benefits activities as appropriate Lead and undertake a wide range of project work and assist with wider HR projects as required What we are looking for….
