Summary: At INC Research/inVentiv Health we are currently recruiting for a Contract Specialist, within our department of Strategic Resourcing. This means you will be solely dedicated to one of our top pharmaceutical clients. The team is based in The Netherlands, Spain and the UK, but this role can be filled anywhere in Europe. Job Details: The main focus of this role is: Support in the creation and maintenance of Clinical Trial Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Fallback Language. Develop and provide training related to Clinical Trial Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Fallback Language as required. Lead/support on the review of custom and complex templates. Expedite contract negotiation and execution by acting as legal resource for the Contracts and Grants group to streamline requests to law department and avoid duplication of efforts among Contract & Grants Analysts. Act as main point of contact with legal department to resolve complex legal issues while ensuring compliance with company process and strategy and subsequently disseminating information to C&G team members. Required education and experience: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required, licensed attorney preferred At least 5 years contract law in the pharmaceutical industry and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research Must have a working knowledge of the clinical development process with at least 5 years of negotiation and contract negotiation experience Excellent communication skills both written and oral Previous industry/academic relationship management experience preferred Ability to work effectively across all levels of management Strong and proven negotiation and problem resolution skills Working knowledge of PCs and database management Business acumen and complex project management skills Must demonstrate innovative spirit, strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a strong drive to mentor and coach team members Application details: Will you be joining the brightest minds?
