This position is responsible for managing operations within a part of our site in South Molton. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of people, production schedule, product quality and health and safety. You will drive and improve performance in order to meet strategic and financial goals. Our Aerospace Division manufactures completely new parts for aerospace and defence organisations as well as modifies existing product lines.
