HR System Analyst
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their large organisation, based in Exeter on a 6 week contract initially. The business is currently in the process of procuring a new HRIS system and is looking for a candidate who has strong experience working with, or an understanding of various HR Systems and the user requirements. Although these have mainly been sourced we need someone who can complete table top needs and gap analysis of current and required position, review work which has already been undertaken, engage heavily with internal stakeholders to identify core requirements and test assumptions. We are looking for demonstrable experience of determining requirements for the replacement system and someone who can prepare the required documentation to enable the business to proceed to test market and undergo the procurement process. Candidates who have experience analysing data for the implementation of a new HR system will be of particular interest. Candidates will be required to undergo basic security clearance prior to starting on site. We are looking to facilitate this role immediately, so please apply with your CV immediately.
