This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday but over time can be expected on occasions. They will be offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £24,000 PA DOE. There is also a commission structure and the OTE is initially £30,000 PA. Going forward when you are more qualified the OTE will be massively increased. Key Objectives : To consistently achieve business development targets through outbound calling of potential clients from a database Demonstrating the motivation, tenacity and ability to achieve appointment targets through volume, quality and timing of outbound calls Interpretation of client needs to ensure appointment criteria are met Accurately updating and maintaining database information. Build excellent relationships with mortgage and wealth management advisers through efficient appointment and diary management Commitment in terms of focus and personal time needed to train and successfully achieve professional qualifications to become a mortgage adviser within agreed timescales You will need to demonstrate: A high degree of personal motivation and organisational skills Flexibility and approachability under pressure Personal attributes of pro activity, tenacity and initiative The ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively at all levels The ability to work closely with other members of the team and management team The ability to manage your workload and be aware of performance against target at all times A learning mind-set with the ability to take feedback and implement corrective advice to achieve key objectives You will be competent at: Planning and organising Self-motivation Achievement orientation Flexibility and adaptability Relationship management During your first year with the business you will complete the CeMap and be given the support you need to achieve this. The ideal candidate will be extremely career driven, bright with the ability to build relationships with managers, directors and business owners. You will need to be personable, presentable and punctual.
