We are looking to appoint a Registered Care Manager for a multi-award winning, established, reputable, ethical and prestigious domiciliary care organisation in Devon.

This is a really exciting opportunity for the right person as the Domiciliary Care/Registered Care Manager will be working closely with the Director to evolve the 'Agency' further and will partake in the generation of new business/clientele, carry out risk assessments and care plans and oversee the efficient and effective process of supplying care workers into the community to provide a service to the elderly in their own homes. For the right person this opportunity will evolve into a career which ensures working in unison with the owners and will not only be financially and ethically rewarding, but would also result in the involvement of all aspects of the business.

This role also encompasses the responsibility of care worker recruitment and training, CQC compliance and quality rating, supervision of staff team and the provision of second-to-none customer care.

Working alongside the Directors and Operational Managers you will lead the implementation ensuring a robust and person-centred focus to all systems and processes.


- Experienced in converting/developing new business and strong operational expertise within the care industry
- Assisting franchise owners with holistic support in initiating/evolving their business, to include actively interviewing potential Staff to assess their suitability to join their enterprise
- Supporting the franchise owners to ensure the maintenance of compliance, delivery of unrivalled quality care, supporting with issues they encounter, recruitment, support on software, provision of relevant updates, to name but a few
- Must be polished, have an astute business acumen, be able to 'think outside the box', dynamic, personable but professional, demonstrate ambition and have 'a fire in their belly' to succeed, whilst being passionate about the deliverance of a quality service to ensure business success.
- Must have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure
- Have a proven track record of achieving targets
- Need to be motivated and self-starter.
- Must have previous experience working in a Domiciliary Care Agency
- Exceptional organisational skills, be computer literate, able to 'think on your feet' and be able to establish relationships with clients/families and staff alike.
