Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only, 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

As Administrator for Continuing Professional Development you will be the first point of contact for training and development enquiries received by the HR team and will provide administrative support to the HR manager.  This will include processing CPD requests and maintaining CPD records, ensuring accurate financial records and value for money on CPD programmes.  You will also be responsible for collating training programmes, coordinating the organisation of Training and Development (CPD) days and managing and monitoring mandatory training for all staff.

We are looking for a candidate who works well under pressure, has excellent customer service skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.

The successful candidate will need to hold a GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above qualification or equivalent.
