We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager for an excellent firm based in Brixton This is an incredibly varied Office Manager role which would suit a highly capable candidate who is keen to progress their career. The ideal candidate will have experience in either office management, administration, reception or experience where strong communication skills and time management are essential within an office environment.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible on a daily basis for:

  • Supporting all team members within the office
  • Diary management with appointments for the team
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and directing as relevant
  • Room booking management and travel arrangement planning
  • Being the first point of call for guests
  • Ordering office equipment and office food and drink
  • Ensuring that all meeting rooms are suitable and prepared
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong candidate who is methodically driven to become an Office Manager in a varied environment. High attention to detail and the ability to manage a demanding workload are essential to success within this role. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working within a similar office position, which could include in administration or reception, or office management.
  • High attention to detail and organised in approach
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise effectively
  • Strong team player and a high level of initiative
  • Proficient IT skills with the Microsoft software packages
